A child wearing items of H&M clothing welcomes the announcement that H&M will eliminate all hazardous chemicals from its supply chain and products by 2020, following pressure from Greenpeace. The commitment follows on and off-line activities on the brand as part of the "Detox" campaign and the release of two "Dirty Laundry" reports which link H&M with toxic water pollution in the Global South. The temporary tattoo on the wrists of the child are the Mandarin symbol form water and for part of the "Detox" campaign messaging and identity.
