Greenpeace sets up a gigantic mock-up ozone hole and makes delegates of the Montreal Protocol Conference climb through it in order to get to the venue, the Vienna International Center. There is a long banner in which the “ozone hole” is cut into and the “Top Ozone-Killers” are listed. It also carries the writing: “Stop Ozone-Killers Now!” Activists are wearing UV-protection overalls and sunglasses.
