Energy Edison Coal Bus Action Irvine
In a dramatic action to get Edison Mission Energy to pull out of proposed plans to build a coal-fired power plant in Thailand, Greenpeace parked a school bus transformed into a massive, smoking coal power plant in the middle of Edison's corporate campus. The activists conveyed their message "Edison: Don't Dump Coal in Thailand" on both sides of the manufactured spewing coal plant. Pictured are Greenpeace activists David Taylor and Ashby Smith.
