Pushpinder Singh marks off a contaminated area in Mayapuri. He is part of a team of Greenpeace radiation experts surveying the Mayapuri scrap market in Delhi where exposure to radioactive material (Cobalt-60) in the previous month claimed one life and caused injuries to many more. The Cobalt-60 originated from a Gamma Irradiator which the Delhi University auctioned to a scrap dealer.
