“Somebody asked me how can afford to eat ecological and I replied how can I afford not to? I was seeing so much destruction of our natural world and abuse of farmers rights.
Using mono crops to feed the masses is unsustainable, we need to reconnect with the earth. 
We are awakening to old traditions of growing food. I have a new born son and I want him to have a relationship with the earth, because this has helped me become a better person. I want him to seek advice from the earth!”.
It's crucial that people start to have a relationship with their food, how their food is grown, how to prepare their food and become ok with dirt under their finger nails!”.
