To commemorate the Fukushima nuclear disaster on its 5th anniversary, Greenpeace projects protest messages onto historic and modern buildings, most important medieval castles, a hydro-electric dam, and the Fortress Wall of the capital city in Luxembourg, to mobilize and inform the public about the risks of the Belgian Nuclear Power Plant Tihange Reactor with its micro-cracks.
