A farmer sits on the irrigation wall that is mixed with toxic wastewater from PT. Kahatex during the field trial of the law suit on wastewater discharge permit that was released by Sumedang Regency to PT Kahatex, PT Five Star and Insan Sandang Internusa in Sumedang, West Java. The three companies allegedly were discharging their waste to farms and river areas surrounding the neighbourhood for almost 20 years.
