Two young girls from Syria at a reception centre in Kara Tepe, where Medecins Sans Frontiers (MSF) provide medical care, on the Greek island of Lesbos.

MSF and Greenpeace are conducting joint operations at sea to provide assistance to boats in distress off the coast of the Greek island of Lesbos, in coordination with and in support of the Greek Coast Guard.
