Oussama Omrane, a cultural mediator with Medecins Sans Frontiers (MSF), gives information to refugees from Iraq, following their disembarkation from a Greek coast guard ship onto the Greek island of Lesbos.

MSF and Greenpeace are conducting joint operations at sea to provide assistance to boats in distress off the coast of the Greek island of Lesbos, in coordination with and in support of the Greek Coast Guard.
