Five Greenpeace Activists, Jun Ho LEE, Younghun KIM, Reiyong KIM, Myungjin CHOI and Jeongmin LEE are indicted by the Ulsan District Prosecutor's Office. The charges are illegal assembly and trespassing at the Kori Nuclear Power Complex on 13th October 2015.

On 26th April 2016, the activists begin an uncertain legal battle for the right to assemble, and Nuclear-free Korea. The activists attend their first court hearing at the Ulsan District Court. The activists and their attorneys meet with prosecutors, and judge. The local environmental group come to support the Greenpeace activists. They all stand together in solidarity.

26th April 2016 also marks the 30th anniversary of the Chernobyl nuclear disaster.
