Porter Ranch resident Hellen del Rosario testifies that she was injured in a car crash when she blacked out while driving during a public meeting of South Coast Air Quality Management District (AQMD) Hearing Board to consider a proposed abatement order on a massive methane leak at the Aliso Canyon Storage Facility. The board approved the order that SoCalGas permanently close down a storage well that has been leaking since Oct. 23rd forcing two schools to close and thousands of residents to be relocated.
