Greenpeace and co-plaintiffs Nature and Youth file their lawsuit to the Supreme Court of Norway. The group are taking the Norwegian government to court to contest the states continued leasing of oil licenses, despite the climate catastrophe and the §112 clause in the Norwegian constitution which promises the right to a clean and healthy future.
