Orcas Are Released into the Sea of Okhotsk from the Perovsky Cape
From Srednya Bay the orcas are brought on trucks to Khabarovsk seaport.
The third group of orcas from the so-called whale jail in Russia's Far East is set free into the Sea of Okhotsk on August the 6th. The operation took five days from August the 1st until August the 6th. Greenpeace Russia is at the scene watching the release operation as an independent party. We can for sure confirm that all three orcas were released in the sea. Also we didn't find any significant problems with the operation despite not getting the full access during the operation.
