Greenpeace Russia monitors plastic pollution on the shores of the Lake Baikal. The team collected 3813 pieces of garbage, from which 3282 fragments were plastic.
Baikal is a UNESCO heritage site and we need to protect it. Greenpeace Russia demands that the government reduces or bans some types of single-use plastics to tackle the plastic crisis.
