Protest against Nuclear Energy at La Hague Power Station and EPR in Flamanville
Activists from the Greenpeace ship Rainbow Warrior protest off the coast of France, in front of Orano nuclear facility in La Hague and the European Pressurized Water Reactor (EPR) of Flamanville.
The action is to highlight the danger of nuclear waste and the fiasco of the nuclear energy policy in France.
In the picture activists place themselves on the ship to form the nuclear symbol and display a banner reading "Nuclear Pollution".
