Recipients of the farmer-to-farmer ecologically farmed seed transfer in Brgy. Del Pilar, Dolores, Eastern Samar harvest from their farms. The same rice field was devastated when Typhoon Ruby struck the country in December 2014. A group of farmers from Cebu, Bohol and Negros, along with Greenpeace, collected ecologically farmed rice seeds, root crops, vegetable seeds and some organic fertilisers and shared them to affected farmers in Dolores, Eastern Samar.
