Citibank is one of the largest institutions and creditors of the Dakota Access Pipeline. The construction of the Dakota Access Pipeline has led to the brutalization of peaceful water protectors at Standing Rock, North Dakota. If successfully completed, the pipeline would destroy sacred Indigenous lands, potentially poison the water supply of thousands of people and fast track climate change.
