Three Greenpeace activists climb the rooftop of the House of Estates in Helsinki, Finland, to protest against Arctic oil development, as the Prime Minister Juha Sipilä and the Minister for Foreign Affairs Timo Soini attend a seminar about Arctic co-operation among Nordic countries.
The activists demand action to save the Arctic with a banner attached above the entrance of the venue. A Finnish icebreaker is at the moment participating in search for new oil in the Arctic, even though Arctic oil development is incompatible with achieving international climate change commitments. Greenpeace demands the Finnish government abandon Arctic oil before Finland receives chairmanship of the Arctic Council.
