Greenpeace activists protest at the German Ministers of Transport conference with Federal Minister for Transport Alexander Dobrindt for the introduction of the Blauer Plakette (Blue Badge). The activists demand for the badge is to keep diesel-run vehicles out of city centers, a method to reduce high levels of air pollution caused by poisonous nitrogen oxides in cities.
