Apple blossom at climate plaintiff Claus Blohm, on their organic fruit farm in the Alte Land near Hamburg. Together with two other families impacted by the global warming and with Greenpeace e.V., they are taking legal steps for effective climate protection and file a complaint against the German government with the Berlin Administrative Court. The Blohm family owns an organic fruit farm and is directly affected by the impacts of global warming. The accumulation of extreme weather conditions as well as pests and fruit diseases previously unknown in these latitudes are causing problems for their organic agriculture.

Klimaklage ein gegen die deutsche Bundesregierung.
Familie Blohm ist direkt betroffen von den Folgen der Erderhitzung. Die Haeufung der Extremwetter sowie bislang in diesen Breiten unbekannte Schaedlinge und Obstkrankheiten machen der Bio-Landwirtschaft zu schaffen.
