Richard Benyon, MP at a seminar organised by the Great British Oceans Coalition and the International Union for the Conservation of Nature. The seminar is about the standards for marine protected areas aiming to increase awareness. The attendees include MP's, representatives of NGO's including GP staff members, civil servants and marine managers responsible for the UK's Government's Blue Belt programme.
They are meeting at the Mappin Pavillion at London Zoo.
