The permit allows a 75 foot wide pipeline right-of-way to be cleared for pipeline construction. The Atchafalaya Basinkeeper measured the pipeline right-of-way in three areas that have been cleared in the basin on land owned by the state and found the company cleared more than 80ft in all three areas. One measurement showed the company cleared 89.1 ft of land.
