Teachers, students, government workers, farmers, fisherfolks, and community members from the province of Camarines Sur, and the municipality of Capalonga, Camarines Norte, participated in a Forum & Workshop on Climate Change— a discussion on the history of #ClimateChange and the significant contribution of Big Polluters to Greenhouse Gas (GHG) Emissions.
