Ocean advocate and paddler Margo Pellegrino, stands with Halvarg. The day started with an armada on the Potomac river with a group paddling along the river to join the March around the White House. Following the march a program included speakers Phillipe and Ashlan Cousteau among others. The rally was bringing attention to how people are working to protect the oceans and clean water.
