Paddlers in Dragon boats arrive at the DC wharf after their paddle as part of the Inaugural March For The Ocean rally is held in Washington, D.C. The day started with an armada on the Potomac river with a group paddling along the river to join the March around the White House. Following the march a program included speakers Phillipe and Ashlan Cousteau among others. The rally was bringing attention to how people are working to protect the oceans and clean water.
