The EU Ambassador in Israel was handed 10,127 signatures on the Petition to protect the Antarctic. Israel is not a member of the Commission for the Conservation of Antarctic Marine Living Resources (CCAMLR), therefore we met the ambassador to the EU of the CCAMLR and delivered him the message that the Israeli public is aware and support this effort to create an Antarctic Ocean Sanctuary.
