The Just Transition Alliance came aboard the MY Arctic Sunrise to share their work in building a just transition and healthy communities by uniting labor and people impacted by polluting industries. JTA hosted 30 people from allied organizations on the ship for a joint plastics and climate networking event. Jose Bravo, the Executive Director of the Just Transition Alliance who joined the MY Arctic Sunrise in Miami and Puerto Rico in 2017, was among the speakers.
