Greenpeace Hungary organized a workshop about the environmental and health impacts of the meat producing methods and about the meat consumption habits. Greenpeace aim is to establish an NGO coalition, in order to be able to lobby together for a better CAP. In the meeting there were many participants from different fields including some key Hungarian NGO-s, animal breeders and a nutrition researcher too.

After the workshop, the participants visited the Vértes Nature park where native Hungarian breeds graze in order to maintain the biodiversity of grasslands.
