Unicorn Action for Toxic-free Toys in Russia - Web Video (Russian version)
Greenpeace carries out an activity at Eurasian Economic Commission (ECE) with an activist dressed as fairy with a pink unicorn toy.
Representatives of the Eurasian Economic Commission (ECE) accepted the proposal of Greenpeace Russia to protect children's toys from toxic substances - phthalates. According to the existing technical regulations in the countries of the Eurasian Economic Union (EAEC), only four types of phthalates are controlled - compounds that make plastic soft, however, are harmful to children and nature. The ECE supported the proposal to expand this list.
