Cosplayers dressed as Ocean heroes (Prince Eric, The Little Mermaid, Barnacle Boy, Mermaid Man, Aquaman and Mera) visit the Western and Central Pacific Conference 14 in Manila, Philippines, to send the message "Be a Hero, Defend our Oceans" just like them, to the delegations participating in the conference.
