Ms. Ella Geocadiz of the Department of Environment and Natural Resources (DENR) signed the letter from Greenpeace water patrol activists after delivering the bottles of water tested positive of hazardous toxins. The activists is demanding on the environment department to take action after testing waters from Cavite Economic Processing Zone and discovered it contained toxic chemicals and unfit for human consumption.
