Nuclear Action Waste Transport Blockade in Neuchâtel
Around twenty Greenpeace activists are blocking the radioactive road transport near Val de Travers in Fleurier with a banner reading: "Castor-Alarm Stopp Atomtransporte" and " Retraitement, c'est la merde" translated: "Reprocessing, it's shit". The transport from the nuclear power plant Mühleberg travelled via Kerzers and Neuenburg through the Val de Travers, and was on its way to either the reprocessing at La Hague or Sellafield.
