The commemoration of the International Day of the Environment will take place in Cancun and the Greenpeace ‘polar bear' activists will visit the authorities participating in the meeting to ask financial support to save the planet’s climate. Polar bears are under threat from the melting arctic ice and face extinction with the current rapid escalation of climate change.
