Greenpeace blocks the Shell chlorine plant in the Petroleumhaven in Pernis with a 200 meter long cable and three inflatables with activists and a tugboat. With the slogan "Shell stop chloor", which translates to English as "Shell stop chlorine", Greenpeace protests against the biggest discharger of chlorine in the Netherlands.
