Greenpeace, Ohio Citizen Action, and Tri-State Environmental Council chain themselves to a school bus, in front of the Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) in Washington, DC. The activists are protesting against the hazardous waste incinerator owned by Waste Technologies, Inc (WTI) which is in East Liverpool, Ohio.
