Whaling Facility Protest in South Korea
Greenpeace activists and their Korean counterparts the Korean Federation for Environmental Movement (KFEM) link arms in solidarity with whale tail action props while demonstrating at the site of a proposed whale meat processing plant, Ulsan, South Korea. Officially South Korea has no whaling programme if a Whale or Dolphin is caught in a fishing net it can be sold on the open market for large amounts. Coincidently South Korea has some of the highest by-catches of Whale and Dolphin.
