Salma and Nusra, 15 and 30 years-old women laborers, pick cotton in Bijigiri village in Karimnagar from dawn to sunset. They, as all women labourers in the state, gets a wage of 60 Rupees per day (less than 1 EUR) for picking cotton. They feel fortunate they got this employment and are grateful to the farmer, a 'good man who brings us water everyday'.
