The organic cheese is on the Greenpeace stall for tasting. A display lists in green (fully organic), amber (some organic ingredients) and red (non-organic) cheeses. The cheeses available for tasting are the green, fully organic and recommended varieties. The GE Free Future bus is in Perpignan, France as part of a tour to petition for a GE free Europe.
