Sampling from ICI Billingham outflow pipe which is legally allowed to discharge toxic chemicals into the Tees estuary, north-east England. Greenpeace also blocked the outflow pipe. This action, together with the blocking of another ICI pipe at Hillhouse, marks the end of Greenpeace's 5 week 'No Legal Pollution' tour of the UK.
