Truck drivers are blocking the customs at Chiasso to protest against the safety measures at the Gotthard Tunnel. Greenpeace is calling for "Für Güter die Bahn", translated: "For goods, the rail" (in German also a word joke) on-site and handed the blockading drivers leaflets, coffee and croissants. The banner reads: "Für Güter die Bahn" (German) and "Per merci la ferrovia" (Italian).
