PVC/unfair arrests action Greenpeace activists at Japanese embassy, protest against detention of 3 activists after action against PVC toys at Tokyo Toy Fair on 18/03/99. At same date 20 other Greenpeace teams held protests at Japanese embassies. 3 Activists who are still in jail after a week are: Mark watson ( NZ), Richard Pierson (OZ)and Kirsty Hamilton(OZ). They have been released the 29/03/99
