Workers from Panay Power Corporation surround a tower built by activists at the Climate Defenders Camp, covering the tower with bamboo and tarpaulin. Greenpeace activists have camped there for 3 days by erecting tents and the tower. The camp was established to oppose the coal power plant construction in Iloilo City. Greenpeace is demanding the cancellation of the coal plant.
