Greenpeace protests at Hong Kong's leading power company CLP, for their lack of investment in renewable energy. China's central government announced a target of 10% renewable energy by 2010 at the Bonn Renewable Conference. CLP didn't attend the conference, Hong Kong government sent junior officials.
