Greenpeace volunteers joined forces with local anti-road protestors to de-construct part of the new extension to the M65 motorway in Lancashire, England, and replant it with trees and shrubs in an attempt to restore the Cuerdan Valley to its former woodland beauty. Two large JCBs, painted with rainbows, doves and the Greenpeace logo, led the protestors dubbed 'The Rainbow Deconstruction Company'.
