A drum circle performs at the Whale Fiesta in Panama City. During the 64th annual meeting of the International Whaling Commission (IWC) in Panama City Greenpeace joined with Almanaque Azul, Ciudad del Saber, Fudacion Albatross Media, IFAW, TVN, and The Whaleman Foundation to hold the Whale Fiesta to press the IWC for the creation of a sanctuary to protect whales from slaughter in the South Ocean.
