Drying Fish in the Philippines
A fisherman sprinkles fresh water on fish being dried in Barangay Sapa 2, one of the several villages of Cavite province affected by the oil spill occurred on August 8th. The fish dryers are suffering the consequences of the oil spill as they need to gather water for the cleaning of the fish from afar due to the fact that the water within 15-kilometer is heavily contaminated with oil from the spill.
