Ichizo Watanabe's bed in his old house in the Miyakoji area in Tamura City which is located in the 20 km evacuation zone of the Fukushima Daiichi nuclear power plant. He now lives in temporary housing in Tamura City and often visits his old house. It is expected that part of Tamura City in the 20km evacuation zone will be the first community where the government lifts its evacuation order as decontamination by the government is finished.
