Greenpeace activists dressed as zombies protest against the Department of Environment and Natural Resources' (DENR) inaction on industrial water pollution. Greenpeace is urging the DENR to establish a "Right-to-Know" system for chemicals, and adopt a policy to eliminate hazardous chemicals released by factories into freshwater river systems.
