Russian Authorities Board the Arctic Sunrise
A Russian special forces operative from the coastguard vessel contacts the Russian captain of the ship from the bridge of the Arctic Sunrise.
After a 2 hour long meeting the Russian authorities have left the ship but with a warning that severe action will be taken. The Russian Coast Guard have boarded the Greenpeace ship Arctic Sunrise after it entered the Kara sea to protest Arctic oil drilling. The inspection follows a dramatic week in which the ship was refused permits to enter the sea but defied Russian authorities and entered anyway.
