Fourteen children of three Greenteams asked Dutch dairy company Campina to stop using genetically engineered cattle feed. During their protest, they offered their homemade cows. The children are worried about the consequences of using this cattle feed for human kind and the environment.
Genetic engineering is a technique of which our knowledge is insufficient to be able to judge whether it is safe or not. The children don't want that such a questionable technique is used during the production of milk and other dairy products.
